Director, Sales (Life Science)

Our client is a leading provider of  automation solutions to our clients in separate industry verticals. We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader who will lead the strategic direction of our life sciences portfolio, by managing New Business Development Managers to grow client portfolio and build lasting customer relationships; focusing on the opportunities of new business development and existing portfolio growth via sales strategy.

Essential Duties:

  • Own and maintain the industry vertical sales strategy playbook for every solution, program and service.
  • Develop business relationships with targeted clients, influencers, and partners
  • Manage value selling and deliver value according to budgeted amount.
  • Be responsible for pricing for all proposals for clients in the assigned portfolio.
  • Create and Implement Strategies for new and existing clients
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT
  • Build and maintain a team of knowledgeable, skilled teammates
  • Manage, mentor, and grow New Business Development and Growth Managers.
  • Review progress versus Budget and Objectives; be on top of understanding Actuals vs Targets vs Forecasts.
